Prophecy is considered higher in rank than speaking in tongues because of the need for edification. Speaking to men is different from speaking to God. Inspiration is a God breath Wisdom. In dealing with God, you have to know where the breath of God is because it is His breath that impacts life on any thing. In an inspiration, what God does is to bring to your remembrance things that He had told you before. This is a teaching that gives you insight into what prophesy is and its importance.
