If you must see the working hand of God, you must yield to the place of obedience. Light yourself on fire with passion, and people will come from miles to watch you burning. wherever there is fire, people always gather to watch. One of the thing you must build if you must success is your passion. Every genuine preacher of the word of God is a medium through which the Holy Spirit find expression to the people. Therefore the Holy Spirit can find a limited expression when the people are not expectant. Some Christian are quick to blame God but they always refuse to look in the direction of there own lack of seriousness to become who they are.
