Jesus Christ gave his disciples the promise of the Holy Spirit so as not to leave them comfortless. The Holy Spirit is the Helper sent by God the Father to remind, counsel, guide, comfort and teach us things that we know and those that are above human reasoning. When a believer attempt to manifests the grace of God without adequate fellowship with the Holy Spirit it turns out to be a fruitless effort. Only those who fellowship with The Holy Spirit understand the Voice of the Holy Spirit and only those who understand the voice of the Holy Spirit maximize the help of the Holy Spirit.
