Jesus is God’s gift to all the people of the world. However, the Holy Spirit is a gift unto the sons and daughter of God. Until you become a son of God and formed the family of God you can not be filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is not not a gift to the souls that has not been convicted of their sins and repented thereof. To be filled with the Holy Spirit is to be filled with the mindset of the lordship of Christ. The control of the Holy Spirit can only be obeyed by the soul that has been fashioned in the pattern of Christ. You can not hear His (Holy Spirit) voice if you are not His (God) son. And you can not obey His word if you are controlled by His Spirit.
