Planning is the key to success because He who fails to plan is automatically planning to fail. Planning is the process of deciding in advance what should be done? why it should be done? where it is should be done? when it should be do done? who should do it? and how it should be done?. To hope that God will provide without proper planning is a high order of irresponsibility. Faith is not transferring your responsibility to God, It is rather partnering with God. People fail not because they plan to fail but because they fail to plan. Planning simply means bringing the future into the present.
