Frustration is a sign that something is wrong somewhere or a pointer that you need direction, therefore Frustration is not bad but telling you that you are doing something wrong.
There are two major reaction to frustration firstly is EXIT ( Run Away). Emotions are good for affection but not good for Decision making.
The second is Entering into ACCEPTANCE MODE, Don’t be comfortable in the frustration, but SEE beyond it. Just like Caleb did (saying give me this mountain). Be content but don’t be satisfied. There is more God can still do
