The gurantee of God being with a Man’s Mouth is because he has been withn him, For God to be with a man he must have secured the presence of God. When we open our mouth to speak, it must be because God presence is with us as a person for our word to be made manifest. As a servant of God when you are asking God uttrance or for unction to function, it must be because there is a gurantee of God’s presence with you. If your life is not qualified for his presence, then it will be needless to ask for uttrance or for unction. The word out of the mouth of a man who has been with the lord will become uttrance.
