The covenant of David had to do with an eternal throne, and the person that throne was given to is called Jesus. The moment Jesus sat in administrative capacity to fulfil the promise that the Father made to the Son the Holy Spirit has to go into active service in the earth. The Holy Spirit is the essence of the throne as revealed by the arrangement in the spirit.
