Biography

Peterson Okopi hails from Benue state, Nigeria. He was born a twin and is the last child of 6 children. He has always had this passion for music since he was 5; He was the third runner up for the season 3 of Destiny Child Gospel talent hunt. He has a diploma in law and his currently running his degree program in Mass Communication.

In 2015, Peterson Okopi, alongside two other people started a gospel acapella band known as “De’Lighters”; this band lasted for 3 years. Peterson Okopi is a recording artiste, songwriter and music director. He has also performed in several places. He has shared platforms with other gospel artistes like Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsin Oyekan etc. His music ministry is known to be from the deep tribe of worship.
